  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON PEAKNICHE.COM?
    Ordering on peakniche.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?
    Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 days of purchase. During holidays the processing time may take up to 14 days. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it's available.
  • IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ON PEAKNICHE.COM?
    Yes, it is safe to order on peakniche.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.
  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIME ?

    Orders generally ship within 3-7 business days of the order being placed. 

    Once your order ships, shipping to the United States takes approximately 10-25 business days. 

    Outside the US, shipping varies between 15-35 business days.

    Shipping times are not certain due to the many variables involved in overseas shipping. Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping.

  • I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY ONE?
    We ship your items from various international warehouses in order to get them to you as fast as possible. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. So please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on their way.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
    Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it hasn't been fulfilled yet. Please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order if you want to change anything.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    You can only cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, you will receive a refund for your purchase. If it has been shipped already, you have to return the package to us after receiving it. You will receive a refund once we have received your package.
  • HOW CAN I CHECK ON AN ORDER I PLACED ON PEAKNICHE.COM?
    After you receive your tracking code you can check on the status of an order or verify shipment thru this link.  
  • IMPORT DUTIES, FEES AND TAXES?
    Please note that in case an order is shipped to a delivery address in the United States, Canada or Australia, you may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country. Therefore you will be responsible for payment of such import duties, fees and taxes. It should be noted that Fancota.com has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Peakniche.com cannot predict their amount. Peakniche.com advises you to contact your local customs office and/or local legislation for further information. Please note that our products are shipped from Asia.
